I loved every detail about my great stay here during 5 nights. I ate breakfast in the bar, it was tasty! Facilities were really good too. Not to mention fast wifi!

I enjoyed unbeatable location and outstanding staff. The beds were good in the separate bedroom. The service offered was courteous too. Small garden outside.

Location and staff were GREAT and I especially loved that the place was spotless. They made my stay wonderful. The bed was comfy and it was great having a refrigerator, an individual safe and an electronic key card. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. It was a beautifully kept hotel in a very lively area, very close to the main station as well as all the Umeda restaurants and bars.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was quite new and fairly clean. I had immaculate standard queen room with air con on, view plus a double bed. Staff were very courteous and really kind made my stay nice. Wonderful location, 5-minute stroll to the subway: D
